Harlem Townhouse

New York, NY
5,000 sq. ft.
Completed 2009

The majority of this historic renovation included extensive work to the home’s 1890s exterior; facades were repaired, roof tiles were replaced, and decorative copper work was revived. Interior works included the modernization of the kitchen and master bedroom suite while staying true to the building’s original Romanesque Revival detailing.
