Upper East Side Townhouse

New York, NY
4,300 sq. ft.
Completed 2011

The gut renovation of this townhouse transformed the building from a multi-family home to a single-family residence. The depth of the house was increased, a fifth floor was added, and the basement was excavated to increase ceiling heights. New services and an elevator rounded out the scope. All floor plans were reworked with modern, open-plan living in mind.
